- What payment we accept?
We offer safe shopping and accept payment via PayPal and all major credit cards/debit cards. We also accept payment via Google Pay and Apple Pay. WeChat Pay is available with us as well!
Cash on delivery and bank transfer are NOT available.
- Are all Fengshui energy products consecrated and blessed before shipment?
Yes. We will make sure to have every Fengshui energy product consecrated and blessed before we ship them to our customers.
- Where are the products made?
We source our products from trusted manufacturers in China- the center of Taoism spirituality. Through factory inspections and production guidelines, we ensure the highest quality of product and fair work conditions with all of our partner factories.
- Do we ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. But please understand, that shipping to the following locations is not possible: Niue, French Guiana, the British Virgin Islands, Aruba, New Caledonia, Bahrain, Cayman Islands.
- How can I track my package?
We partner with Aftership to offer a seamless tracking and delivery process.
You will receive an email with the tracking information after your order is placed and your package leaves our warehouse, generally within 24-48 hours. That email includes a link to your order tracking page.
If you already have your tracking number, you may also use our order tracking portal to track your package here. Tracking information generally updates 48-72 hours after your tracking number is received. This allows time for the carrier to pick up your item and tracking to go live on their end.
- What about shipment time and shipment cost?
We strive to provide high-quality international dedicated line or express logistics to ship the products you have ordered. In addition to the availability of the product’s stock or production status, we also need extra time for quality inspection and to arrange a professional Taoist consecration ceremony before shipping. Please be patient for a few days, as we aim to deliver a product that meets your satisfaction and expectations!
Furthermore,transit time can vary by location, but always aim for your order to arrive as quickly as possible. General transit times for worldwide may take about 10-20 business days.
For the time being, we provide free shipping service for any single order value up to US$49.99. US$10 shipping fee will be charged for single order value below US19.99 and US$8 shipping fee will be charged for single order value between US$19.99 and US$49.98.
